It’s the perfect time to go ahead and plan out your numbers in advance. This will allow you to be able to make decisions quickly when you get busy during the busy mid-season months. With the year we had in 2020 we know pivoting is sometimes necessary, so planning this now will also help you pivot mid-year when you don't have time to dig in the weeds.
